Abstract :
Abstract The aims of this research to know about the effect of three variances diluter in sustaining motility, live percentage, and completeness of post thawing thick tail sheep membrane (DEG) spermatozoa. This research uses frozen semen sample of EG sheep in the straw form then divided into 3 treatments namely yolk skim (P1), yolk tris (P2) and AndroMed®. After be thawing then performed quality examination included motility, live percentage, and completeness of membrane spermatozoa plasma. Data processed by using ANOVA (Analysis Of Variance) and followed with Tukey Test. The result of motility gained there is no found real difference among diluter (p>0.05), while live percentage and completeness of membrane spermatozoa indicating very real differences among diluter (p<0.01). Based on data taken from this research in motility, live percentage, and the best completeness of membrane spermatozoa taken from diluter AndroMed®.
