Abstract :

Major depression in adolescents has a significant effect in the development of emotional, social and cognitive. Management of depression in adolescents does not only pharmacotherapy. Psychosocial problems, family and peers conflict, and psychoeducation on depression are also   important factors. Although pharmacological and psychosocial management is effective for adolescent depression, this approach only helps about 65% and unable to prevent new episode of depression.
