Perang revolusi di surabaya dan keterlibatan karsono agustus-november 1945

Abstract :

This paper will focus on the explanation of Karsono’s biography as a combatant and his role in physical revolution of Surabaya. The problem will focus on sociocultural background. Beside that, it also mention about his role in physical revolution of Surabaya.  In the era of Japan colonialization, Karsono actively muolved in Japanese military organization, he also involved in some rebellions against Japanese soldier. In revolutionary era 1945, Karsono more active to involve in some rebellions and combats to block the invation of allied  force to take over Surabaya. All was done to hold the unity of Indonesian Republic and to defend the freedom of Indonesia. In post revolution Karsono and fellas in combat left Surabaya forward Mojokerto due to in condusive situation in Surabaya.
