Abstract :
One of immune system components that had function to protect the body was white blood cell. Disturbance of immune system could cause the pathogen infect the body. One of the disturbances of immune system was stress, such as heat stress. Andrographis paniculata contained active compound andrographolide and Echinacea purpurea had polysaccharides compound that possesses immunomodulatory effect. This research used combination of Andrographis paniculata and Echinacea purpurea as immunomodulator on mice treated with heat stress in 39-400C. This research used 70 mice with different treatments: P0 (without immunomodulator), P1 (dosage of immunomodulator given was 0.00364 caps/mice/day), P2 (two times of P1 dosage), and P3 (two times of P2 dosage). The total and differential leucocyte count was done every week for four weeks. The result was analyzed by ANOVA and Tukey test, and resulted significant difference on total leucocyte count on first and third week. Significant differences were also seen on eosinophil count on first week, segmented neutrophil on third week, and limphocyte count on third week
