Abstract :

This research was aimed to investigated Antibody of Brucella in Krian Slaughter House Sidoarjo Regency by Rose Bengal Test (RBT). This samples were taken into two periode, First periode begin from April until Mei 2013 and the second periode started from September until Oktober 2013. The samples used in this research were 360 blood serum of cattle slauhtered. Brucellosis number positive in this research were 5 samples which 4 samples from Dairy Cows “Friesian Holstein” and 1 sample from Madura Cows. The result showed that 1,4 % ( 5 samples from 360 samples ) were RBT positive.
