Abstract :
The aim of this study was to found diclazuril-resistant Eimeria tenella at one of local poultry in Kediri. This study used RAPD-PCR method with 5’-CCC TGA GAT GGG AAC CTC-3’ primer that showed polymorphic band around 600 bp associated with diclazuril-resistant Eimeria. Caecum samples were collected from the farm that used diclazuril. Eimeria tenella oocyst then propagated at chicken (CP 707) for DNA extraction. The result showed that there was diclazuril-resistant Eimeria tenella based on the found Eimeria tenella oocyst but there was no appearanEimeria tenellace polymorphic band around 600 bp.
