Abstract :
The aim of this research was to know histopthology description of Ae. aegypti larvae instar IV intestine that was dipped extract P. foetida Linn. Extracted by diverse organic solvent such as n-hexana, etil acetat and etanol against mortality of Ae. aegypti larvae instar IV. Larvae were used in study and divided into three group e.g. n-hexana, etil acetat and etanol (concentration 0, 500, 2100 and 3100 ppm), contained 10 larvae’s. The larvae were dipped into extract solution for 24 hour. After 24 hour, each of larvae was taken its intestine to make histopathology preparatte with methode H&E. Result suggest that extract of P. foetida Linn.,identified were alkaloid and terpenoid, that were given dipped causes intestine degenerative dan proliferation. The leaves showed the highest insecticidal effect on Ae. aegypti larvae instar IV. The extract of P. foetida Linn., leaves was good candidate to be developed as sources of natural insecticide (Bioinsecticide).
