Abstract :
The experiment was done to show the comparison between expression of encoding gene for bacterial protein A of Staphylococcus aureus and Coagulase Negative Staphylococci (CNS). The first step of test was to prepare pure culture of Staphylococcus aureus and and Coagulase Negative Staphylococci. Milk samples were collected from mastitic cases at the afternoon milking time. Preparation of pure culture were confirmed by MS agar, hemolytic activity, catalase and coagulase test. The result showed that characterization of molecular weight of protein A from Staphylococcus aureus was 55 kDa and there was no expression of encoding gene for bacterial protein A from Coagulase Negative Staphylococci.
