Abstract :
Use of Register Profession Midwives in Clinic and Maternity Home Mutiara Sukodono-Sidoarjo Delta is already implementing a variety of language registers use a midwife.Its function is to facilitate the communication process 'internal' them. Languageregisters midwifery profession has a difference (typical) when compared to otherlanguages, especially in terms of its shape. The use of the midwifery profession registerswhich aims to find description in general form, function, and event factors incommunicating both linguistic variation in bekrja and in day-to-day with otherprofessions, and to know the direction the transition and mixing language contained inthe speech event. Special talks between midwives attract researchers to examine thelanguage use of register midwives in Clinic and Maternity Home Mutiara DeltaSukodono-Sidoarjo, particularly with regard to the use of language registers midwifefor speakers. The method used in this research is descriptive method with qualitativeanaisis. Data collection techniques in this study using the technique see, record, andrecord. Before in the analysis of data already collected in Transcribe and classificationaccording to the pattern in the form of the use of registers in the midwifery profession inClinic and Maternity Home Delta Mutiara Sukodono-Sidoarjo using the theory ofHymes speaking setting and scene, of participants, ends, act sequence, key,instrumentalities , norms, genre and theory formation Kridalaksana term that forms theword, abreviasi, and phrases. The results of this study are in temukannya use ofregisters forms and meanings of foreign words, foreign phrases, and acronyms andabbreviations abreviasi registers a midwife profession. Then the discovery of factorsand functions of the common uses of registers profession midwife at the clinic andmaternity home in Mutiara Delta Sukodono-Sidoarjo.
