Abstract :
Tyrosine kinase is a sperm receptor which bind to zona pellucida 3(ZP3). This research was conducted to investigate the effectivity of polyclonal antibody tyrosine kinase as an alternative immunocontraception method against fertility level of male mice. Sixteenth male mice were randomly divided into two groups. 0,1 ml phosphate buffer saline (PBS) were offered to the group control (P0) by subcutan injection during 30 days while 0,1 ml polyclonal antibody tyrosine kinase were offered to the group I (P1) by subcutan injection during 30 days. After treatment done male mice copulated with female mice estrous. The result showed that application of 0,1 ml polyclonal antibody tyrosine kinase decrease level fertility of male mice.
