Abstract :
The aim of this research is to study the prevalence and infection level ofgastrointestinal worm nematode on Macaca fascicularis in natural habitat breedingfacility, Taman Wisata Wendit, Malang Regency. Forty five fecal samples were collectedand examined on March-June 2016. Parasitological examination used for the identificationof helminths such as native, sedimentation and floating methods, worm eggs count pergram of faeces were examined using a modified McMaster and identify the egg types. Outof 45 fecal sample, 11 samples (24,44%) was positively infected with intestinal worm,including one egg of Strongyloides sp. The average number of egg per gram (EPG) wasranging from 10 to 50 EPG.
