Abstract :
Sidoarjo regency is the first district to organize integrated services pattern on licensing services. With the growing need for information transparency and emerging technology, Badan Pelayanan Perizinan Terpadu (BPPT) Sidoarjo regency formed Integrated Licensing Services Information System called SIPPADU that based on online network to facilitate and expedite the service process. Underlying the formation of this system is the limited number of human resources with the amount of license handled. The purpose of this study was to determine how SIPPADU effectiveness in improving services at BPPT Sidoarjo.This study uses a qualitative method with descriptive type. This research was conducted in the Integrated Licensing Service Agency (BPPT) Sidoarjo. Informant determination by snowball sampling method. Data were collected by in-depth interviews, then analyzed through data reduction and later get the conclusion.The results obtained from this study indicate that the information provided on SIPPADU can be accessed anywhere at any time either by the BPPT internal or license applicant. The information presented in the form of pre-service information, at the time of service and post-service. So we can conclude that the Integrated Licensing Services Information System (SIPPADU) effective in improving licensing services quality in BPPT Sidoarjo.
