Abstract :
Reconstruction is defined as a planned process and is considered to be one of men’s ways to improve their degree and quality oflife.The method obtained to recondition the sector is through developing the industrial areas. Developing the industrial sector is anattempt done by the government to improve the sector. One of the projects is the development of one of the biggest industrial regionin East Java, which is Ngoro’s industrial region (Ngoro Industrial Park) that is located in Mojokerto district.Development ofNgoro’s industrial region would produce a multiplier effect that would rising affect the work force in Mojokerto district and the risein the region’s and the surrounding population’s economical prosperity especially the Lolawang village as the multiplier effectchanges the occupations of the people into industrial employees, the improving development of the new economical activities to thevillagers, increasing competition between villages due to the government and private companies’ attempt in upgrading the humanresources quality through training, incentives of capital, easier infrastructural access as well as the change of the people’s activitiesthat leads to the industrial field.we can also conclude that the development of Ngoro’s industrial region really gives an impact to theimprovement of the population’s living standard economically
