Abstract :
Immune system show â€up and down regulation †or plasticity phenomen. Immunomodulator of glucocorticoid for immunocompeten cells plasticity are not clear. Times series experimental study used 32 Rattus norvegicus strain Wistar that 12 weeks years old, 225-250 gram body weight. Administration of dexamethason is 0,05 mg via intraperitoenal injection everyday. Sample divided to 4 groups; (1) no administration of dexamethason, (2) 3 days of dexamethason administration, (3) 6 days of dexamethason administration and (4) 7 days recovery after 6 days of dexamethason administration. Measurement of neutrophil and lymphocyte used intracardial blood aspiration (ether anesthetic) with peroxidase technique of Technicon-1. The result of each groups are; (1) neutrophil (3,42 ± 0,84 ; 6,07 ± 1,45; 4,30 ± 1,32; 2,29 ± 1,06 x10.e3/uL, p
