Plasticity biologis sel imunokompeten pada pemberian dexamethason

Abstract :

Immune system show ”up and down regulation ” or plasticity phenomen. Immunomodulator of glucocorticoid for immunocompeten cells plasticity are not clear. Times series experimental study used 32 Rattus norvegicus strain Wistar that 12 weeks years old, 225-250 gram body weight. Administration of dexamethason is 0,05 mg via intraperitoenal injection everyday. Sample divided to 4 groups; (1) no administration of dexamethason, (2) 3 days of dexamethason administration, (3) 6 days of dexamethason administration and (4) 7 days recovery after 6 days of dexamethason administration. Measurement of neutrophil and lymphocyte used intracardial blood aspiration (ether anesthetic) with peroxidase technique of Technicon-1.
