Abstract :

The working behavior of the individual determined by the personal characteristic also the environment. The environment is a culture. In organizational context, this culture is organizational culture (corporate culture). Based on Hofstede’s theory, organizational culture (corporate culture) has five factors. These five factors are power distance index, individualism-collectivism, masculine-feminine, uncertainy-avoidance index, and long-term orientation. This research explain organizational culture (corporate culture) of the population from Texmaco jaya.
