Abstract :
A mobile library has the goal of keeping the public can easily access and have fulfill of the information needs in the location where a mobile library was. The focus of research located on a mobile library in taman bungkul, taman prestasi, and taman mundu in Surabaya. The existence of a mobile library service, the quality of these services need to be paid for by improving the quality of service it will achieve the satisfaction of users, so users will probably use the service again. Therefore here the researchers like to analyze and find out the description of the quality of the services provided by a mobile library in each garden. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods by using the analysis of the importance-performance analysis (IPA), compare between performance level and the level of interest of visitors using SERVQUAL theory. With sample which totaled 100 people on any garden. The result obtained from this research indicated there are several items of dimensions servqual has the performance could compensate level interests visitors. But there is also some items of dimensions servqual that must be improved performance to reach interests desired visitors.
