The increasing of rice straw quality by addtion cellulolityc bacteria produce microbe of rumen

Abstract :
The aim of this study was to know the increasing of rice straw quality by addition of cellulolytic bacteria produce microbe of rumen. The measured were nutrition value of crude protein (CP) and crude fiber (CF). The rice straw were incubated with different time fermentation consits of 3, 7, 14 days and used four different doses of cellulolytic (0, 5, 10, 15%) . The design of experiment was used completely randomized design. The result of the study indicated that there were differences (P<0,05) in crude protein and crude fiber. The conclusion showed that the addition of cellulolytic bacteria with dose 10% could increase nutrition value of crude protein and decrease crude fiber sicnificanly for the rice straw. The best of fermentation for rice straw was 14 days.
