Abstract :

Sixty mice (Mus musculus) Balb/c strain were divided in three groups of 20 mice each, group I were infected with 106 T. evansi for acute phase; group II and III was infected with 103 T. evansi for chronic and severe chronic. After clinical symptom acute and chronic, the number of parasites were isolated from blood. So, the variable observanced include number parasitemia. The result showed, the number of parasitemia during the acute and chronic phases were significant to different (
