Abstract :
The purpose of this study was to describe the e-Health Service as innovation to improve the quality of health services in the Pucangsewu Clinic. E-Health is a health service that aims to minimize the long queue at the counter of the Clinics and hospitals, the acceleration of the flow of services to patients in the medical referral, and composed health’s database residents the city of Surabaya. In this study the theory used is the theory of typology and the category innovation by Khairul Muluk, theory innovation level by Mulgan and Albury. This research using qualitative research methods, and a descriptive research type. The location of the research is Clinic Pucangsewu, Surabaya. The technique for informant determination is purposive sampling. Data collection done by observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Conclusion of this research are : the typology of innovation of e-Health services, which is, the service innovation process, method’s innovation, policy innovation, and system’s innovation. Category e-Health service innovations is a sustaining innovation. And level of service e-Health Innovation is incremental level.
