Abstract :

ABSTRACT Shelf-life determination of extemporaneous carbamazepine capsule 100 mg dosage form had been studied by dissolution test. The carbamazepine capsules were storaged approximately three weeks in ambeient temperature and 72 percent humidity. The dissolution test of each sample was assayed by UV spectrophotometry at maximum  equals 224 nm. The result showed that the shelf life of extemporaneous carbamazepine capsule dosage form is approximately three weeks.
