Abstract :
Dinas Kesehatan Surabaya city is a healthcare institution seeking healht care with maintenance, health promotion, disease prevention, disease healing, and health rehabilitation approaches. Therefore, job of Dinas Kesehatan is providing medical service and medical support with providing best healthcare service and equipped with high contact personel and thus providing satisfaction to society. Service quality improvement is a crusial issue in management implementation both in private and public sectors. It occured as society demand for service quality was continuously increasing. Meanwhile service practice is not experiencing significant improvement. The research discussed about strategy citizen report card method to improve health care service quality in Dinas Kesehatan Surabaya city. To answer this question, qualitative research method with descriptive research type was used. Data were obtained through observation and in-depth interview and by using documentary result. Information selection was performed by purposive sampling. Data analysis process was performed by categorizing and combining the data obtained, and also providing set of interrelationship between the data. Data validation was performed through data source triangulation thus the valid data could be served.
