The move is based on the increasing act of violence. However, if we look further on, the fact mention that Indonesia still sending migrant workers to Saudi Arabia. In addition, the moratorium is affecting on management of sending migrant workers. By researching related cases of moratorium on migrant workers to Saudi Arabia, it appears that there is an action is taken by Saudi Arabia on Indonesia’s decision, but still the moratorium succedeed Indonesia to influence Saudi Arabia in improving the employment system. In addition, the ongoing sending migrant workers to Saudi Arabia is an act of Indonesia’s commitment in meeting the labor demand of Saudi Arabia and discourage the practice of sending migrant workers illegally. Indonesia has been enforcing the change in sending workers from informal to formal, as well as improving the management of delivery and acceptance of migrant workers in both countries.
