Abstract :
The Service is one of the basic tasks of Government including the Ministry of transportation. Transport is very important for human beings in his life due to the absence of transportati on activities by stunted. The problems posed in this research is how service quality passenger ship routes Gresik-Bawean in Gresik Port. Quality of service provided by the Department of transportation as a service providers less than optimal. Department of transportation must perform repair services transport services. The repair starts from the improvement of human resources, physical facilities, and other facilities that support the quality of service the ship passengers
