Abstract :
Knowledge management (KM) is an organization of knowledge held by individualswithin an organization. With knowledge management, a knowledge of the individualcan become to the knowledge organization so that knowledge can be beneficial to anorganization, especially in enhancing the competitiveness of the organization’sbusiness. With many of knowledge management has been implemented in severalorganizations in Indonesia, researcher want to evaluate the implementation ofknowledge management system in an organization that is in PT. TelekomunikasiIndonesia in Surabaya or PT. Telkom eastern region. The purpose is to assessimplementation of knowledge management system on PT. Telkom based themeasurement performance employees that accessing the kampiun. Knowledgemanagement in PT Telkom implemented through a intranet namely Kampiun.Evaluation necessary to collect information about object evaluation and judge objectevaluation by comparing it with the standard of evaluation. In this research is usingthe models of Tiwana (1999) on the implementation of knowledge management withreference to evaluation stage based on performance assessment. Method research isused quantitative evaluative with technique the purposive sampling. Assessment isbased on evaluation of the implementation of knowledge management performancemeasurement expressed are middle with the measurement range 35-54, namely thatknowledge in kampiun has not given the results employee performance be better.
