Abstract :

The primary reasons for government dependence towards tourism sectors are: (1) The fact that there are decrease in natural resources such as oil and mines, (2) Unavoidable 3 T Revolution (transportation, telecommunication and travel) in this globalization are that support tourism industries, (3) Positive impact of tourism sectors particularly in labor force reserve. This article will discuss gender-based work segregation in hotel that happen in the form of work differentiation between men and women. It will also discuss relevance aspects of the establishment of this segregation.
