Abstract :

M. domestica is a highly succesfull pest creates consederable problem especially in the health, agricultural and breeding farm sector. This fly which can transmit diseases causing by bacterial, parasite and viral pathogens was difficult to control. Some control methods of houseflies already done but still not effective, so an alternative way in controling this flies were needed one of them is the use of sex pheromone (Z)-9-tricosene female housefly M. domestica. Manipulation sex pheromone (Z)-9-tricosene female housefly M. domestica can be used to attract male houseflies gathering it also can be used as a combination with trap or the other compound as a controling. It’s expected that the decrease of male houseflies quantities can make the quantities of fertilized female houseflies decrease and finally the population of houseflies can be controled.
