Abstract :

This study was conducted to evaluate the fertility acceptor of dairy cow artificial insemination in KPSP Setia Kawan Nongkojajar, Tutur District Pasuruan Regency. The materials used on this research were 5,974 heads of Frieshien Holstein Cross Breed dairy cows. The method used survey. The variables observed were: Service per Conception (S/C), Conception Rate (CR), Non Return Rate (NNR) 21, 42 and 63 days post Artificial Insemination (AI). The data obtained be analyzed descriptively. The results showed that S/C was 1.8; CR was 79.70%; NRR 21, 42 and 63 were 72.20%; 90.33% and 94.91% respectively. In conclusion Frieshsien Holstein Cross Breed dairy cows in KPSP Setia Kawan Nongkojajar, Tutur District Pasuruan Regency is normal category. In suggestion, the farmers should increase estrus detection knowledge by routine extention, and plastic glove should be used per cow every artificial insemination.
