The motility and viability of entok (cairina moschata) spermatozoa in diluter of skim milk-fructosa

Abstract :

This observed purposed for to know about skim milk-fructosa as diluter on entok’s semen. In this research used NaCl physiologis as control.The result of the observe sowed was useful of skim milk-fructosa can constantly of motility and viability entok’s semen, was 53,2% for motility and 57% for viability. Furthermore, NaCl physiologis as diluter have motility and viability prosentage as diluter only 26,8% for motility and 28,4% for viability.
