Abstract :
This study aim to describe strategy of UPTD Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Tandes, Surabaya city in enhancing quality of vehicle inspection service.This study was using public service theory, quality, and theory of public service strategy.It use qualitative, descriptive, located in UPTD Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Tandes, Surabaya city. Selection of information was conducted by purposive sampling. Based on the result of this study concluded that, it show the strategies that UPTD Pengujian Kendaraan Bermotor Tandes, Surabaya city applied are service quality stategy, strategy for human resource in organizations, maintain customer satisfaction strategy.
