Abstract :
Rumah Sakit Dr. Ramelan is one of the government hospital which owned by Indonesian military which is locateds in Indonesia as the technical implementation elements of Navy Health Office which is located directly under the Navy Health Office. New achievements which gained by RSAL Dr. Ramelan are awarded by Komisi Akreditasi Rumah Sakit (KARS) as plenary hospital, awarded as primary teaching hospital for medic school Hang Tuah university, and as first hospital which is using bionic hand in Indonesia. Therefore, this study sought to describe the performance of RSAL Dr. Ramelan which could make achievements as an hospital. This study was qualitative descriptive type. The study was conducted at the RSAL Dr.Ramelan. Determining the information selected by purpose of sampling techniques. Data collection was conducted by in-depth interview, observation, and documentation. The technique of data analysis was done by description qualitatively, through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. While the validity of the data was tested through triangulation of data sources so that the data presented is valid data.The result of the study found that the performance of the RSAL Dr. Ramelan has been good. It can be seen from aspects which consists of responsiveness, responsibilities, and effectiveness.
