Abstract :
Public services are aimed to meet the needs of the community, in fact, has not been able to give satisfaction to the community as a public service users in SIM Corner Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. The purpose of this study was to describe the satisfaction of the community service users in SIM Corner Tunjungan Plaza Surabaya. Types of research methods used in this research is descriptive qualitative research methods. Data was collected by interviewing the parties executing and implementing technical staff as ma ny as three people were taken by using purposive sampling technique and community who use SIM Corner services many as nine people were taken using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis is done by reducing the data, present data, and draw conclusions. Data validation techniques using triangulation techniques. The results obtained show that the conclusion of community satisfaction after using the SIM services Corner fairly good, but only reached 75% in the three groups that have been mapped, where of dissatisfaction is influenced by the attitude of service personnel, existing facilities, as well as procedural systems that run, but then we will describe the criteria of relevance, affordable (expense), fair, effective and efficient.
