Abstract :
This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between organizationalcommunication climate on job satisfaction library staff. Organizationalcommunication climate measurements using a Communication Climate Inventory.Indicator consists of the belief, shared decision making, honesty, openness incommunication down, listen to the above communication, attention to highperformancegoals. While job satisfaction measurement tool using EmployeeSatisfaction Inventory with indicators of satisfaction with salary, promotion, coworkers,supervisors, work itself and working conditions. The sampling techniqueusing sampling saturated with all members of the population as the samplerespondents were 40 library staff. The results obtained by the analysis that theClimate organizational communication significantly related to job satisfaction. Witha positive correlation between the two with a correlation coefficient of 0.813 is verystrong. Illustrates that the higher the organizational communication climate, thehigher the job satisfaction
