Abstract :

A research was done to identify nematode worm investing sheeps slaughterhouse (RPH) Banda Aceh. Fifty gastrointestinal tracts from sheeps male indigenous were ramdomly selected and purchased from the slaughterhouse. Identification was done after all worm collected were soaked in lactofenol solution for  6 hours. Identification was restricted up to genera of worm. Result from this reseach to show that sheeps were infected with several genera of nematode worm. The sheeps were infected with : Gaigeria sp, Strongyloides sp, Bunostomum spp, Oesophagustomum spp, Haemonchus spp, Chabertia sp, Trichuris spp. Average worm counts from sheeps are 543.
