Abstract :
Performance surabaya health centers as providers of public health services, is still relatively low. Though many masyarajat who use the services of primary health centers as a means of treatment. PHC in addition serves to provide public services, but they are also to be able to provide satisfactory service performance akuntabilita. Especially after many programs have been held, such as: birth, health card, then a lot of the community who prefer to use the services and pay a visit to the clinic, especially people who have lower economic status will memimilih health centers as the main option. That is why the performance of the health center must be able to satisfy the maximum and the people who use health center services. Rivet girlfriend PHC Surabaya is one of the health centers that have a very low quality of service among the 62 health centers in Surabaya.
