Abstract :

The research aiming for proving the anti PGF2α efecticity reaction from hore immunization withindirect Elisa Method. Anti PGF2α obtained from serum purification of PGF2α immunization hormone result. The result of PGF2α can be characterized by OD value with inderect Elisa technique, based on absorbantion at 405nm wave lenght from Elisa reader. The examination with indirect elisa method showing the OD anti PGF2α value syntheted at immunizing PGF2α with a few multyply serum ectopping. Based on the result of indirect elisa method reading, it appears to have an improcement of OD value through OD 405 reading
