Abstract :
The aims of this reseach in to give an information to the farmers also to the common people about the dangerousily to consume aves meat and their product by using forced moulting methode in onder to overcome the moulting. The information is containing Salmonella enteridis care in aves which have forced moulting by examining Salmonella enteridis bacteria in avian feces. The result showed that forced moulting by fasting for 1, 2, and 3 days can cause decreasing of the immune function of the aves and the main effect is Salmonella enteridis can be hapend and cause zoonosa.
