Abstract :
The development of business entity in Post – Cold War is characterized by significant demand of services offered by private military / security companies (PMSCs). PMSCs services have been deliberately used by states, international organization, NGO and so on. However, the development of PMSCs business also brings negative issues which are the practice of violence and crimes against human rights. Business domains which are identical to the conflict make PMSCs must face the consequences of human rights violations. This issue is contrary with the principals of human rights brought by the United Nations (UN). This research tries to find any related things which support the development of PMSCs business and the increasing demand of its service while on the other hand as a business entity, PMSCs violates the Human Rights principal brought by The United Nations.
