Abstract :
Identity is one of distinguished theme within globalization debate. When identity turns hazy in the midst of globalization order, the situation which circulates inside the global automotive sport shows precisely that identity distinction ultimately could gain portions to being exposed recently. Provocation of identity haziness turns out became a recently refutable fact in global motosport based on analysis which used a school of sport sponsors within global sport sponsorship (GSS) and nationalism concept which adjoined in sports realm inside sporting nationalism which assembled with identity function theory focused on F1 and Moto GP cases. This analysis provides an explanation on globalization as an approach and strategic instrument to deliver messages of national identity.
