Abstract :
The purpose of this research is to elaborate and identify the implementation process of organisationcapacity building for healthcare services at Puskesmas Pucang Sewu Surabaya particullary on individual andorganization level of implementation. This research is a descriptive qualitative type and held in Puskesmas PucangSewu Surabaya and key informant were choosen purposively. The research has shown that the implementationprocess of organization capacity building in Puskesmas Pucang Sewu Surabaya is not implemented or optimally.This result implies in the organization structure which still not well structured and effective as the coordinationbetween personnels are weak. Thus, the delegation of staff's responsibility is weak and minimum usage of staff'scapability. This condition are impulsed because the organization planning and strategy are not well prepared oreven conducted thus the healthcare services are commonly lack-performed.
