Abstract :
This study aims to describe the evaluation of diklat implementation result. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with purposive sampling informant appointment. The data obtained from in depth interviews with interviewees and documentation. The process of data analysis done by classifying and combining, and define a series of corresponding relationships between data. Afterwards the validity of the data is tested through triangulation of data sources so that the data presented is valid.The results of this study showed that Diklat evaluation can be seen from four evaluation stages that affect each other ranging from reaction, learning, behavior, and result. At the reaction stage the Village Chief expressed satisfaction with public facilities, methods, and trainers used during the implementation of the training. At the learning stage Village Chief understands some of the materials presented in the training. At the behavior stage Village Chief has already implemented most of the materials presented in the training. And at the result stage most of the Bandiklat organizational target has been achieved.
