Abstract :

This research is based on Larasita program that used pick up the ball strategy to enable public in taking care land certificate. The fact is many people didn’t know about requirements and procedures to handle land certificate. Therefore this research aimed to answer question how is socialization stage of Larasita program in handling land certificate in Brayublandong Village, Dawarblandong District, Mojokerto Regency. Theoretically, theory perspective used was innovation diffusion to explain how socialization stage of Larasita program is. The socialization stage includes submitting information, persuasion, implementation and confirmation. Research method was evaluatif qualitative type using purposive sampling in determining research informant. There were twelve informants including Larasita implementer team in Land Office of Mojokerto Regency, and Brayublandong Village people. Result of research indicated that Larasita program socialization stage in Brayublandong Village have not been optimum since many people have not been using Larasita program
