Abstract :
The purpose of this research is answering research problems which is to describe synergy authority betweenOf the social security agency health professional with an organization in health care delivery in throughout Surabaya. This research take locations in of the social security agency health the branch throughout surabaya and in an organization profession throughout Surabaya. Who drive this research because there is indonesia to face a range of challenges related to that he would like to form a social security and priority the government at this time is on the expansion of the scope or membership, various issues concerning should remain a attention the government to provide a service that is to be maximized health. This triggers curiosity to see health system full authority and how synergy between bodies of the social security health professional with an organization in health care delivery in throughout surabaya.This study using the qualitative method with type his research is descriptive. The findings data it was obtained through in-depth interviews, observation and the use of documents. The selection of informants done with snowball technique. To check the validity of data was undertaken with triangulation technique data sources and by comparing the results from interviews, observation and the document that there are. The result of this research is synergy authority between bodies of the social security health professional with an organization in health care delivery in throughout surabaya is weak. It is located at ineffective of coordination between agencies provision of health care so impact also on ineffective communication responds to an information because each party having different interests from the perspective of different, and under the authority of set the provision of health services for now only to provide recommendations or note just because in law enforcement just the socialization is not until he did of sanctions administrative.
