Abstract :
This study aimed to answer research questions about the impacts of pay for performance system in a form of Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai and Uang Kinerja as an effort to create a reward and punishment system which is more measured also to develop the employee performance. This research used qualitative method with descriptive research type to compared the state before and after pay for performance system implemented. This research showed that pay for performance system in the form of Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai and Uang Kinerja affected to the motivation and spirit improvement of the Civil Servants. However, the motivation and spirit improvement was not followed by the optimal improvement on organizational performance. Meanwhile on the aspect of discipline, wealth, and service improvement, the result of this research showed that Tambahan Penghasilan Pegawai and Uang Kinerja affected well.
