Abstract :
The focus ofthis study is todetermine how far the use oflibrary reading room services in SMAN 2Mojokertobystudentsasusers ofthereading room services. Inthis study, based on the argumentthat appearsto the publicthat thelibraryreading roomis usuallyonly usedasreadingroom,whereasthe reading roomhas an important roleinstudents' learningactivities, which is aroom that has aspecialzone orspacefor students tofeelcomfortablein learning, especiallyreadingbooks collection fromthe library. Inthis study, theresearch object of theuse ofthe library reading room services is thestudents ofSMAN 2Mojokerto. This study used descriptive type, whichgivesan overviewof aparticular socialphenomenonthat already exists.Thequantitativedata analysiswas chosenbecausethe research proceduresthat producethe datamust be analyzedevery opinionof everystudents asrespondents.As theamplifierdata,researchers usedprobbing(interviews) toward the respondents. The data was collectedby meansof questionnaires,interviews, observationand the use ofthe document. The sample was 269respondentsfroma population of819students. The results ofthis study concludedthat theuse ofthe library reading services can be categorizedvery well, becausebased on individualbehavior change theory, which areknowledge, attitudesand skills of studentsdescribe the level ofgood students in using the library reading room services.
