Abstract :
Global competition is increasingly competitive, encourage a company to continue to innovate to create a product or service that is superior. To be an innovative company, means that the employee is required to submit an idea or ideas such as through knowledge sharing activities. From the analysis of the data obtained, it is known that the knowledge sharing activities at PT. PLN East Java, Surabaya is conducted regularly and integrated. But innovation is generated is still quite minimal. While the role of knowledge sharing in the improvement of innovation of employees is very important. Knowledge sharing, especially in non-formal education is more effective in encouraging employees creates a useful innovation for the company.
