Abstract :
Apoptosis is importen in physiologic and pathologic processes such as tumor regression, embryogenesis, andnormal cell turnover. ROS is molecule that importen to induce DNA damage and apoptosis of cell. Increasing of ROSexpression can be induce by carcinogenic compounds as benzopyrene. This research have been tested of inducingapoptosis by benzopyren that mediated by ROS. The data of research indicating that benzopyrene can increasingapoptosis of lung cells and increasing of ROS. Base on the data of this research, we understood that benzopyrene caninduce apoptosis of lung cells by ROS path ways.
