Abstract :
The aim of the investitigation was to know risk factor that have direct or indirect effect on bovine mastitis atCooperative Dairy Farm in Pasuruan, East Java. The result of the investigation showed prevalence of bovine mastitiswas 24.2%. There was significant association between mastitis on cows with level of production, dry periods, lenght oflactation, tet dipping, and early detection. On farming system there was association between site of housing and courseof dairy farming system.On Path Analysis, variable that have direct effect were bovine mastitis, level of production, dry periods,lenght of lactation, tat dipping and early detection, whereas variable that have indirect effect were site of housing andcourse of dairy farming system.
