Abstract :
One pillars of the national economy and the local level is the micro small and medium enterprises (SMEs).The development of micro small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia is growing rapidly. It should be recognized that the presence of micro, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in indonesia was the positive impact it brought to the country will have a positive impact but enough to be able to compete on internatioal market.But development micro small and medium enterprises can not be separated from classical problems such as government regulatory policies are not quickly anticipate, it can be predictable that the resulting product later will not be able to compete with products outside. This research describes at the factors resisting the development of small and medium micro enterprises in the village’s small-scale embroidery. In addition this research uses qualitative method with descriptive type. After the interviews and the plunge in the field, the conclusions of this research are the dominant factors inhibiting the development of micro small and medium the contruction of the embroidery this village there are five, human resources, capital, government regulation, competitor and technology
