Abstract :
This study aims to describe the impact of the intensity of supervision by Ombudsman Perwakilan Jawa Timur in level of accountability os service by BPJS Kesehatan while Surabaya is the place of locus research in this study therefore the part of authority ran its function to gave their serve is BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Surabaya. BPJS Kesehatan in that region through the function as an administrator of health’s managerial from the membership and the served in all facilities of the BPJS Kesehatan. This study uses qualitative descriptive research type. The selection of informants research conducted by purposive sampling technique. Meanwhile, the data collected by observation, in-depth interviews and documentary studies. Data analysis has been taken simultaneously with data collection, and then reduced the data, presented the data, draw conclusions and verified the results. In addition, this study also tests the validity of the data obtained in several ways, namely comparing the information / data in various ways, digging the certain information through a variety methods and the source of data, as well as comparing the information with the relevant theory. The results of this study indicate that the intensity of supervision by Ombudsman Perwakilan Jawa Timur based by society report could described the problem of services in BPJS Kesehatan in that facilities and the problem of administration in Kantor Cabang Surabaya. The positive impact based by people’s complaint in Ombudsman can be solved by BPJS Kesehatan, all facilities incoporated by BPJS Kesehatan through mediation headed by Ombudsman Perwakilan Jawa Timur. While for BPJS Kesehatan has not been directly impacted towards level of the served.
