Abstract :

Customer expectations is the confidence of customers before they try or buy a product both goods and services, to be used as a standard or benchmark in assessing the performance of these products. While the user's perception of the quality of service is a thorough assessment of the services that have been consumed. As is the quality of service that is an understanding of the quality of services is the level of service provided by the service provider in accordance with what users expect. This study analyzed the concordance between the expectations and perceptions of users about the quality of service gray literature by using the theory of Parasuraman et, al namely servqual. Where gray literature is a term used for a collection of library materials issued by government agencies, academic institutions, research centers, associations, organizations or other associations such as conference papers, research reports, thesis, dissertations, government publications, etc. made for special purposes or for a limited circle so it is not commercially available in the market. By using libraries of the universities in Surabaya as a research location and students as the sample. The method used in this study is an explanatory quantitative research methods by using statistical test test marked Wilcoxon rank test
